The Leicester City regulars in the Transfer Tavern are in a more positive mood after reports have suggested that one of their biggest under-performers is planning to leave the club in the January transfer window.
The striker only made his move to the King Power Stadium in January when he became the Foxes’ record signing for a club record fee of £9m, but after only one year in the top-flight of English football, Kramaric is planning his future elsewhere.
Since joining Leicester, the 24-year-old frontman has struggled for first-team opportunities with hotshot Jamie Vardy ahead of him, with the England international currently in impressive form and firing on all cylinders.
Now Vincenzo Cavaliere, Kramaric’s agent, has revealed that his client is likely to move in the January transfer window.
“If he has to change, rather than remain at Leicester, it is obvious that we should choose an ambitious club, but where he gets on the pitch on a regular basis. At Juventus we do not believe there’s interest, as even [Simone] Zaza is not playing, while at Milan there are Luiz Adriano and [Carlos] Bacca.”
“But there are many clubs that are struggling to score goals, such as Valencia. Then things can change; Vardy is having the season of his life and has many admirers. In Christmas the English teams play five games. Let’s see.”
Leicester fans, with Jamie Vardy being in the form of his life, is it time for Kramaric to leave the club permanently? Let us know in the comments!
