Liverpool fans in the Transfer Tavern will be looking ahead to their meeting with Real Madrid in the Champions League final and will be hoping to be crowned kings of Europe once again.
The Anfield outfit will feel confident that they can go to Kiev and get a positive result against Cristiano Ronaldo and co, but will be aware that they need to be at their best to have any chance of lifting the trophy.
Jurgen Klopp will be pleased with the squad of players he has, however, he will be constantly working to improve it and could have signed one player to help make a difference in the future.
According to a report by ESPN FC, the Reds are set to sign Isaac Christie-Davies from Chelsea on a free transfer this summer after he was released by the Blues. The 20-year-old had not been offered a new deal and impressed the Anfield outfit during a trial back in March.
The Liverpool fans in the Tavern will be hoping the youngster can progress and develop into a real talent in the developmental side, should he complete a move to Merseyside. The locals do not expect him to have much of a chance in the first-team and will be prepared to give him some time to adjust.
Christie-Davies is not the only former Chelsea youngster to make the trip to Anfield, with Dominic Solanke having made the move as well and fans will hope the two can link up in the future and be as successful as they both were during their time together with the Blues.
