West Ham United fans here in the Tavern will be desperate for Manuel Pellegrini to bring in a couple of star players this summer, with aims of securing a European spot next season.
The Hammers are certainly making moves on the transfer front this summer as they continue to be linked with a number of players. Indeed, it looks as if Manuel Pellegrini is looking to bring a fellow South American to the London Stadium this summer, as according to Sky Sports, West Ham United are back in talks to sign Paris Saint-Germain’s Javier Pastore.
Indeed, West Ham United have reportedly re-opened talks to sign Javier Pastore.
And, much to the delight of many of our local residents, PSG are willing to sell the Argentine as they aim to comply with UEFA’s Financial Fair Play regulations.
However, it’s believed that the 28-year-old is currently asking for wages up to £190,000-a-week.
Manuel Pellegrini already looks to be working wonders with a major transfer in the pipeline. Indeed, Javier Pastore has established himself as one of the most skilful attacking midfielders in the whole of world football, so he would be a major coup for the Hammers if they can pull it off.
