Report: Pellegrini eager to move for potential long-term Noble replacement

West Ham United fans here in the Tavern will be praying that their side can enjoy a successful campaign next time out, with Manuel Pellegrini now in charge at the London Stadium.

Indeed, the Hammers didn’t enjoy the best of campaigns last time out as they flirted with relegation for large parts. But, with Manuel Pellegrini now in charge, perhaps supporters will be able to experience success in the near future. And, it looks as if the Chilean is already looking at potential additions, as according to the Daily Star, Manuel Pellegrini is keen on Jack Wilshere.

The Englishman’s contract runs out at the end of this month, meaning he would be a free transfer if a deal isn’t sorted out by then.

Manuel Pellegrini has been a long-term admirer of Jack Wilshere as he was interested in the midfielder during his time at the Etihad.

Although, West Ham United aren’t the only club interested in the midfielder, as the likes of Wolverhampton Wanderers, Fulham, Everton, Crystal Palace and Newcastle United are all keen.

Landlord’s Verdict:

Jack Wilshere could potentially be a long-term replacement for Mark Noble, as the 31-year-old may not have too many years left in him. Indeed, the Arsenal midfielder is still only 26, so he has his peak years and the rest of his career ahead of him.

Many of our local residents are delighted with the intent that Manuel Pellegrini has shown so far, as he is eager to move for Jack Wilshere this summer with his future in doubt.
