Rival boss to stun club and take Man United job

PellegriniFans from both Manchester clubs couldn’t quite believing what they were ready this morning, with our first-aiders kept busy as punters continued to choke on their breakfast in shock.

The Sun sensationally states Manuel Pellegrini wants to take charge of Manchester United in the summer, following his confirmation he will leave his post at neighbours Manchester City at the end of the season.

Pellegrini will step aside from a successful stint with the Citizens to allow Pep Guardiola to take charge at the Etihad Stadium but it appears that the Chilean boss won’t be moving too far at all.

The Premier League winning manager is keen to remain in England upon his exit from Manchester City and with United ready to axe Louis Van Gaal at Old Trafford, there’s a chance of a move that would cause immense uproar.

Our landlord believes it would be extremely pleasing to see Pellegrini enjoy success with Manchester United, as he feels the Citizens have treated him unfairly by replacing him with Guardiola when he’s enjoyed fantastic success at the Etihad Stadium.

City fans, would this infuriate you? United fans, would you want Pellegrini as your next boss? Let us know in the comments below!
