Man City have been boosted by Robinho’s claims that he wants to remain at Eastlands for 10 years.
Apparently being tracked by Barcelona, Robinho has previously done little to quash these rumours so his words now will be music to the ears of the Citizens.
Robinho, City’s record signing, told BBC’s Football Focus,
“With every game I play, I feel more comfortable. I hope to continue playing football in England for a long time. I’m very happy here and I love Manchester City. I think I will stay here five years, 10 years, I don’t know, my family are very happy, the fans love me and I love the fans. My focus is City. There will always be speculation but I’m very happy here.”
So with that put to bed, City can carry on their work in pushing for 4th place.
[Is there any substance to this and should this rumour Fly or Die?]
