The West Ham fans in the Transfer Tavern want Besiktas winger Oguzhan Ozyakup to reunite with his former boss Slaven Bilic in East London.
But the Manchester United and Arsenal fans at the bar keep telling them they have no chance of getting him.
And all three clubs might miss out on the Turkey international as Roma have swooped into the race by lodging a bid for Ozyakup.
Italian Serie A giants Roma launched a 12 million euros bid for Oguzhan Ozyakup but that has been rejected by Besiktas, who are currently competing in the Europa League quarter finals.
Manchester United could yet meet Besiktas in the next round of the tournament, where they will have the opportunity to witness firsthand why Ozyakup is one of the hottest properties in Turkey.
The 24-year-old was previously in the academy at Arsenal but joined Besiktas without making a senior appearance for the Gunners.
Now the North London outfit want him back but will have to move fast with Roma already submitting bids for “Ozzie”.
Our landlord thinks that Oguzhan Ozyakup is a tremendously talented individual and would love to see him playing in the Premier League for Manchester United, Arsenal or West Ham United.
Man Utd, Arsenal and West Ham fans – what do you think? Can you land Ozyakup? How much would you pay for him? Share your thoughts with us in the comments below…
