According to Skysports.com, Blackburn Rovers are lining up a surprise swoop for Japan’s golden boy Keisuke Honda.
The 25 year-old winger has been linked with a move away from Russia all summer, where he is currently plying his trade with CSKA Moscow.
Rovers are willing to table an offer of £12m to land the talented midfielder ahead of a host of top clubs from across Europe.
