Sandro Ramirez close to completing deal with Real Sociedad

Everton could see one player leave the club on a temporary deal in the imminent future as Marco Silva continues to rebuild his side.

According to a report by El Diario Vasco, Sandro Ramirez is expected to head to Spain to complete a loan deal with Real Sociedad for the rest of the season.

However, the club are not thought to have an option to keep the player on a permanent basis and it appears the Everton flop will return to Goodison Park next summer.

The Toffees are thought to have wanted to offload the 23-year-old for good but it appears that the offer for a temporary move is enough for him to end his nightmare year on Merseyside.

The striker, who was brought to the club by Ronald Koeman, struggled with life in the Premier League and found himself frozen out of the team when Sam Allardyce took over.

He then headed back to Spain with a short spell at Sevilla but found it difficult to rediscover his form and the Andalusian outfit decided against taking him on a permanent deal.

The Verdict:

Ramirez’s time at Everton has been rather miserable and it is no real surprise that he will be offload in the coming days.

Despite having played against Rotherham United in the League Cup, the Spaniard is not thought to be part of Marco Silva’s plans and has been told to find a new club.

The 23-year-old will be looking to impress during his time at Sociedad, although he could make a return to Everton next summer if he fails to restart his career.
