Sandro Ramirez completes Real Sociedad loan

Everton have confirmed that one of their players has left the club this summer on a temporary loan deal.

According to a short announcement on the club’s official website, Sandro Ramirez has returned to Spain and will turn out for Real Sociedad on a season-long loan deal.

The Spaniard, who only joined the Toffees last summer, found his debut season at Goodison Park extremely difficult and spent the second half of the campaign on loan with Sevilla.

Originally signed by Ronald Koeman, the 23-year-old found opportunities hard to come by when Sam Allardyce took over shortly after his own arrival and was deemed to be surplus to requirements under new manager Marco Silva.

Ramirez featured for Everton in their League Cup clash against Rotherham United on Wednesday evening, however, it appears that will be his only appearance for the Premier League outfit this season.

The Verdict:

Ramirez’s move should not come as a surprise despite having played for the club on Wednesday night.

The Spaniard is thought to be looking for a way out of Goodison Park and it appears that he may have finally found it.

However, his spell out on loan with Sevilla did not go exactly to plan and the 23-year-old will be looking to make sure he improves his performances for Sociedad if he is to get a permanent move away from the Premier League outfit.
