Serie A flop set to make Chelsea move this summer

CuadradoChelsea fans in the Transfer Tavern have groaned in disappointment, ordering a new round in to soften the blow after reports stated a flop will return to the club this summer.

Tuttosport state Juventus have failed to agree a transfer to secure Juan Cuadrado on a permanent transfer and that the Colombian will return to Chelsea upon the expiration of his current loan deal with the Serie A side.

Cuadrado starred at the 2014 World Cup and during his previous stint in Italy with Fiorentina but was a massive flop in the Premier League and he’s failed to rekindle his form on-loan at Italian giants Juventus this season.

With Chelsea stated to be asking for as much as £18.7m for the massive transfer flop, it’s no surprise that Juventus would rather save their pennies for a much more lucrative and in-form player.

For Chelsea though, it adds more pressure to whoever takes the job in the summer as it gives him another big-name to offload and our fans are once again condemning the Blues’ woeful transfer policy from recent years.

Chelsea fans, does Cuadrado have a future at your club? Let us know in the comments below!
