Because according to talkSPORT, Everton could make a late move for Parma winger Jonathan Biabiany.
It had been thought that the French winger was set for a move to West Midlands outfit West Bromwich Albion.

Biabiany was one of Parma’s standout performers last season and it was even rumoured that Juventus were keeping tabs on the 26-year-old.
But Italian reports now suggest that it is Roberto Martinez that is lining up an offer to sign him before the transfer window slams shut.
