Liverpool remain unbeaten in the Premier League and are still in the hunt for the Premier League title, despite dropping points last time out.
The Reds failed to secure all three points against Arsenal and Red Star Belgrade recently, which doesn’t bode well in their push for an elusive piece of silverware under Jurgen Klopp.
Interestingly, Liverpool will welcome Fulham to Anfield in their next Premier League encounter. The Cottagers have struggled to ensure consistency this season and currently find themselves in the bottom three, so they’ll be desperate to cause an upset later on today.
With that in mind, Jurgen Klopp must get his team selection right by selecting these TWO Liverpool stars…
Xherdan Shaqiri has been rather impressive since making the move from Stoke City during the summer transfer window, with three assists and one goal to his name so far.
However, the winger has had to feed off scraps in the current campaign due to Liverpool’s settled attacking line, which has made him rather frustrated at times having put in a number of accomplished performances.
But, against a struggling Fulham side, Klopp shouldn’t hesitate to gift him a place in the starting XI.
Adam Lallana finally seems to have gotten over all of his injury troubles and is starting to receive more and more minutes on the field at Liverpool.
However, he hasn’t quite been able to make any valuable contributions in the side this season, which is currently stopping him from securing a regular place.
But, after witnessing Fabinho’s concerning performance against Arsenal last time out and with Klopp facing a number of injury problems, the Englishman could find himself in the starting XI.
