The result means that Chris Wilder’s side remain unbeaten away from home in the Premier League this season (Transfermarkt), and they have also moved up to eighth place in the table after 10 matches (BBC Sport).

Several Blades players produced strong performances against the Hammers, but one who was getting plenty of praise from fans on social media was John Lundstram.

The former Everton midfielder once again put in a solid display for Sheffield United. Against West Ham he made four successful tackles, one clearance and one interception, whilst also showing some attacking nous by playing one key pass and one accurate long ball (via WhoScored).

Lundstram was not a regular for the Blades in their promotion campaign last term. Indeed, he played just 10 times in the Championship (via Transfermarkt).
