Arsenal managed to secure all three points against Huddersfield Town yesterday in what was a closely-fought encounter at the Emirates.
The Gunners will be desperate to kick on and secure a top four spot this season, having impressed massively under the guidance of Unai Emery. Interestingly, it looks as if Unai Emery has joined the race for a possible addition, as according to The Mirror (via Sports Mole), Arsenal have joined the race for Lloyd Kelly.
It’s understood that Arsenal are in the hunt for Bristol City youngster Lloyd Kelly’s signature.
Indeed, the 20-year-old has impressed during his 18 Championship appearances this season, which has caught the eye of Tottenham Hotspur, Liverpool and Manchester United as well.
The Gunners already have Emile Smith Rowe coming on leaps and bounds at the Emirates, so it comes as no surprise that they’re trying to lure Kelly to North London.
Lloyd Kelly has established himself as one of the hottest prospects in the Championship this season, with a couple of England Under-21 appearances to his name as well.
The Gunners have a good track record for developing youngsters at the Emirates, so they should offer Kelly the chance to progress by bringing him to the club.
However, with Liverpool, Manchester United and Spurs all interested in his services, it will be difficult for Arsenal.
