Liverpool continue to excite this season with their attacking play and despite drawing a blank against Porto in midweek, they cruised into the last eight of the Champions League thanks to their rampant first leg display.
The Reds have adopted an approach under Jurgen Klopp which sees them scoring goals for fun in the Premier League, and in Mo Salah, they have arguably the best player in the Premier League in terms of sheer attacking quality.
Here in the Tavern, our landlord is desperate for the Reds fans to get some success and win a few trophies, but he thinks that they need to bring in a few more players to ensure sufficient squad depth, as well as adding some steel to a team full of flair.
One such player who has been catching the eye this season is Crystal Palace midfielder Luka Milojevic, who has been the lynchpin around which Roy Hodgson has built his team.
The Serbian has been superb, and has acted as a defensive shield for his back four while also providing a cool head going forward and sticking away numerous penalties.
Liverpool could do with a new central midfielder who can sit and let the others player, and alongside fellow incoming midfielder Naby Keita, Milojevic could provide the Reds with the perfect central midfield foundation to build a winning team.
Reds fans, what do you think? Would Milojevic fit in? Let us know in the comments!
