The Liverpool fans in the Transfer Tavern are still excited about their attacking options despite Philippe Coutinho’s absence. The lethal trio of Roberto Firmino, Sadio Mane and Mo Salah have always got the Liverpool fans off their seats in the Transfer Tavern when the match is going on.
But Liverpool will still surely want to add strength in depth in their attacking midfield department and Jurgen Klopp continues to look to add players who will benefit Liverpool in the future. In line with this transfer policy, a move for Justin Kluivert would be ideal.
Justin Kluivert – who is the son of former Netherlands legend Patrick Kluivert – currently plays for Ajax in the Eredivisie and he is making strides in their first team. He has already caught the eye with his tremendous skill and ability to score all kinds of goals.
The 18-year-old has six goals for Ajax this season as he continues to impress despite his young age. If he is performing at this type of level at the age of 18, the talented teenager is surely capable of developing into one of the finest players in the Premier League one day. Liverpool need to tap into that potential before any other big clubs come in with an official bid.
The Netherlands youth international could follow in the footsteps of Luis Suarez, who joined Liverpool from Ajax back in 2011. Liverpool should once again look to the Dutch giants for their next transfer move as Kluivert is definitely one of the most talented youngsters in Europe.
Rated at just £6.75m by the guys over at Transfermarkt, he’d be a wonderful addition and perhaps one of the Reds’ smartest in years.
