Southampton: Fans pleased with Ralph Hasenhuttl’s James Ward-Prowse update

Loads of Southampton fans are delighted with Ralph Hasenhuttl’s James Ward-Prowse update, with the Saints boss confirming that he could be fit enough to feature against Burnley after returning to training.
The 25-year-old was forced off in the recent 3-2 FA Cup defeat to Tottenham due to a laceration on his leg, but Hasenhuttl told reporters in his pre-match press conference that he hopes to have him available for their upcoming Premier League encounter. The update was quickly met with a host of positive responses, which is hardly a surprise.
Ward-Prowse has been in excellent form for the south coast club this season, scoring four goals and providing two assists. He is currently making 1.6 key passes per game in the Premier League, the most in Hasenhuttl’s squad, and has the highest average match rating (7.08) on WhoScored — toppling even 14-goal Danny Ings (7.0).

Great to see the machine back. That blow must have just deflected off his iron kneecap.
