Arsenal made it out of the Champions League group of death by the skin of their teeth on Wednesday night, despite crashing to a 2-0 defeat in Naples.
Arsene Wenger’s side finished second to last season’s runners up Borussia Dortmund on goal difference, and in doing so now face an unenviable tie in the last sixteen – as everyone keeps telling us.
Arsenal are set to face one of Real Madrid, Atletico Madrid, Barcelona, Bayern Munich, or Paris Saint-Germain in the last sixteen, but rather than be excited by the prospect of facing one of Europe’s top sides, everyone seems to be completely fearful.
Therefore betting agency Paddy Power have come up with a viral image that should bring everyone back down to earth with the realisation that things could be a lot tougher for Wenger’s side.
At least they won’t be getting drawn against 1970’s Brazil, Voldemort and his Death Eaters, Melchester Rovers and their star striker Roy, The A-Team, or the Legion of Doom.
In comparison, a trip to the Camp Nou looks quite appealing all of a sudden.
