Nicklas Bendtner has been at it again this week.
The Arsenal ‘striker’ has been talking himself up once again to anyone who will listen, but this time he has surely taken it too far.
It is common knowledge the Dane is no longer wanted at the Emirates Stadium, and he has gone little way to rectifying that fact with some woeful performances as back up to Olivier Giroud.
But the man well known for having incredible self confidence, reckons he has done enough to secure a move to either Real Madrid or Barcelona in January.
He said this week: “It is the sport that is the most important. I’m going somewhere where I know I can be happy to play. With a team where I can score goals and preferably to win something.
“I do not want to sit on the bench and staring. I love playing lots of games.”
And when asked where he saw himself playing: “Real Madrid or Barcelona,” said the self-proclaimed ‘greatest striker in the world’.
This is how the comments went down with traditional Spanish wildlife.
