So far this summer, Tottenham are the only Premier League club yet to complete a signing and the fans are becoming increasingly frustrated with the lack of movement. Jack Grealish has been close for weeks and according to BRFootball, via reliable Spurs Freelance journalist, Rick Sacks on Twitter, Tottenham are close to completing a £30 million move for the Aston Villa man.
[@BRFootball] now understand Tottenham Hotspur are ready to offer £30million in order to finally complete the protracted transfer of Jack Grealish from Aston Villa before the deadline.

A lot of Tottenham fans will have lost hope over signing Grealish yesterday when the 22-year-old was named in the starting line up for The Villains against Hull City in their Championship opener. However, the move still appears to be on and it’s a credit to Grealish’s attitude and professionalism that he still wants to be out on the pitch and playing football despite all of the media speculation surrounding him.
The youngster proved influential too, whipping in a delightful corner in the 14th minute for Tommy Elphick to head home, cancelling out Evandro’s 7th-minute opener. It’s likely that the visit to the KCOM Stadium was Grealish’s last appearance in an Aston Villa shirt for now and after the youngster lit up their campaign last season, helping to hire them into the playoffs, the fans won’t be able to hold this potential move against him as looks to better his career.

Don’t mind this; it’ll probably be made up of add ons over the £20m mark. Get it done and move on to the next one.

The frustration among the Tottenham supporters is evident, but they’ll be delighted when they finally get Gealish over the line.
