For Spurs, the summer was a rather underwhelming one, as the club failed to make any new additions to their talented squad.

Delays in the opening of the club's new stadium as well as some of their players looking somewhat tired, has led to a rocky start in some aspects at the club this term, although they remain fifth in the Premier League and only a couple of points off the top.

However, manager Maurcio Pochettino is surely bound to look to add to his squad in either January or the summer, and one player we think he should be keeping an eye on is Croatian midfielder Ante Rebic.

The £27m-rated World Cup star only sealed a move to Frankfurt in the summer, in a surprising switch from Italian giants Fiorentina.

A move to the Premier League though is something which Rebic might well not want to turn down, and the midfielder would no doubt make a superb addition to the Spurs squad.

Rebic has the ability to play in a number of positions, something which is ideal in the modern game, and with Spurs lacking when certain players are injured or underperforming in attacking areas, Rebic would be a superb addition.

Quality with the ball, willing to put in the work, and able to get in on the scoring act when needed, Rebic would be a brilliant signing for the Londoners who are in desperate need of making some quality additions to supplement their already talented squad.

Spurs fans, what do you think? Would Rebic be a good signing? Let us know in the comments!
