Stoke City plotting move for clinical striker, player has scored 18 goals in 30 games

mark hughesmark hughesStoke City fans have a lot of optimism in the Football Transfer Tavern following some impressive performances this season, and after being linked with exciting players of this quality.

According to Blick, The Potters are supposedly looking to sign Grasshopper Zurich forward Munas Dabbur.

The 23-year-old has made himself the top goalscorer in the Swiss division after scoring 18 goals inside 30 league games.

It is likely that it will cost Stoke at least £10 million to bring the Israeli international to the Britannia Stadium following his stellar season.

The striker has caught a lot of people’s attention since his arrival from Maccabi Tel Aviv in 2014 as he has quick feet and an admirable work rate.

Dabbur may be brought in with long term picture in mind because Marco Arnautovic’s contract in 2017 and with no new deal in place, Mark Hughes may have plans to replace him with Dabbur.

Our resident Stoke fans here in the Tavern are incredibly excited about this news, and think the striker could be a fantastic addition if he adapts to life in the Premier League.
