Chelsea fans are crowding around the bar to hear what the London Evening Standard has to say in the Football Transfer Tavern.
The publication seem to be under the impression that Eden Hazard has no plans to leave Chelsea this summer, despite claims to the contrary.
Of course the Belgian forward did have a bit of a, how shall we say, ‘spat’ with manager Jose Mourinho and it seems that is all forgotten now, meaning the constant links to Paris Saint-Germain may need to be rethought.
Hazard was asked about the potential chances of a move to the Ligue 1 side and noted: “If you got to know me you’d know I’m not someone who is disturbed by it.
“Every year they say I’m everywhere. It’s part of the job. I focus on the World Cup which is much more important than what is said in the papers.”
Our punters are pleased to hear this and we think that Hazard is one of the brightest stars around and certainly want him to remain in the Premier League for some time yet!
