Surprise Premier League club ready to offer axed England star lifeline this summer

It’s been a tough season for Manchester United goalkeeper Joe Hart, who, despite impressing in Italy with Torino, looks set to be axed by manager Pep Guardiola this summer.

The England international was sent out on loan to Serie A after Guardiola signed Claudio Bravo from Barcelona last summer but it’s a move that didn’t go down particularly well with the City fans here in the Tavern.

And he’s been back in the market for another goalkeeper this summer too, with Ederson joining for £35million as Hart’s future was thrown into even more doubt.

But moving forward, it looks like one Premier League club could be set to offer the former Birmingham City loanee and that’s West Ham United. The Hammers have already recruited former Citizen Pablo Zabaleta to their ranks this summer and according to the Sun, they’re keen for making an approach for Hart too.

Guardiola wants £18million for the English shot-stopper which West Ham are reportedly not interested in paying but they will match the £100,000 wages according to the report.

Hart performed well in Italy as Torino secured a ninth placed finished in Serie A but it looks like he could be offered another Premier League lifeline by the Hammers.
