The Swansea City fans in the Transfer Tavern are very concerned about their current form.
After a string of disappointing results, the Swans have been left in the relegation zone in the Premier League and they need some inspiration to lift them clear of that.
This inspiration could come in the form of a managerial change with Paul Clement’s job looking increasingly fragile as the weeks pass by.
According to a report by The Daily Mail, Clement could soon lose his job and be replaced by Tony Pulis.
Pulis was only recently sacked by West Bromwich Albion after a series of poor results saw his Baggies side drop down towards the relegation zone.
However, Swansea are impressed by the calibre of the Welshman, who has never been relegated from the Premier League in spells with Crystal Palace and Stoke City.
With survival the clear aim at The Liberty Stadium, the Swans are tempted to make a move for Pulis while he remains available.
The 59-year-old has been linked with the vacancy as manager of the Wales national team after Chris Coleman decided to resign and join struggling Championship outfit Sunderland instead.
Our landlord thinks that Pulis would keep Swansea afloat.
