The Swansea City fans playing pool in The Transfer Tavern are discussing speculation regarding their managerial situation.
The South Wales Evening Post is reporting that chairman Huw Jenkins is set to ask interim manager Alan Curtis to remain in the position until the summer.
Its seems as though Jenkins is happy with the way the team are playing at present under Curtis, and believes he can steer the club away from the threat of relegation come the end of the season.
Just last week Ajax manager Frank De Boer mentioned the club as a possible destination when his contract at the Amsterdam Arena expires in the summer, and it now appears that Jenkins wants the Dutchman to take control at the Liberty Stadium.
Curtis saw his Swansea side narrowly beaten by Manchester United at Old Trafford at the weekend and was pleased with the way his side performed during that game.
Those Swansea fans in the Transfer Tavern would be happy to see Curtis remain until the summer, and are hopeful the club can persuade Frank De Boer to take over in the summer.
Would keeping Curtis until the summer be a good call? Let us know in the comments below!
