Premier League outfit Swansea City face a desperate fight to stay in the top flight this season, after a poor start to the campaign which saw previous boss Garry Monk lose his job.
Under the stewardship of caretaker boss Alan Curtis the Swans’ performances have picked up and the team at least now resemble a side who look capable of staying in the top flight.
Two Swans supporters are propping up the bar after heavy session on the cocktails and notice an article in the South Wales Evening Post, that states Curtis is set to be given until the end of the season to continue the decent work he has started.
The move could be announced as early as this week with the South Wales club hoping to attract ex-Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers once he has completed his self imposed break from the game at the end of the campaign.
Our resident Swansea fans feel this is a pretty sensible move, because Curtis has hardly put a foot wrong yet!
Swansea fans… What do you make to the start Curtis has made at the Liberty Stadium? Would Brendan Rodgers be a popular choice at the end of the season? Let us know below!
