Swansea City receive no offers for £15m-rated star amid West Ham interest

ayewayewayewmmssThe Swansea fans in the Transfer Tavern are jumping for joy following Guidolin’s decision to stay at the Welsh club.

However, conversations quickly change to transfer rumours, especially concerning one of their main men.

Sky Sports have reported that Andre Ayew has not had any bids as of yet – The future of Ayew has been up in the air since the end of the season and the chairman Huw Jenkins may cash in on the Ghana international.

It seems like Ayew’s likely destination, if he is to leave, will be either Sunderland or West Ham as both teams have expressed interest in the player before.

However Ayew’s price tag of £15 million may be a stumbling block in their pursuit of the striker – but with more money going in to Premier League clubs the figure may not be hard to match.

The former Marseille man was Swansea’s top goalscorer last season and he has recently said that he would love to remain at Swansea City.

Our resident Swansea fans would be gutted if Ayew left the club in the summer, and think the versatile forward has been a fantastic acquisition!

Our landlord has to agree, and thinks that Ayew is a key component at the club, and will be essential if they want to remain in the top-flight next season.

Swansea Fans… Should you cash in on Ayew? Or should he stay where he is? Let us know below!
