The Chelsea fans in the Transfer Tavern have been reacting to the news that their Nigerian wing-back, Victor Moses, has been included in the EA Sports FIFA Team of the week for his matchwinner against Burnley last Thursday. The Nigerian has been a key figure in the Chelsea team since Antonio Conte took over last season after failing to nail down a starting role under previous managers.

Moses fully deserves his inclusion after he scored the decisive goal at Turf Moor to help the Blues past the Clarets 2-1 on the night. Chelsea led in the game through a Kevin Long own-goal until Ashley Barnes popped up with an equaliser just after the hour-mark. Burnley weren’t level for very long though as Moses latched onto a cross from his opposite wing-back, Emerson Palmieri, and fired a shot past Nick Pope at the near post.
The Nigerian carried his fine form into Chelsea’s FA Cup semi-final at the weekend too, playing the full 90 minutes and doing his bit to keep Southampton at bay as the Blues ran out comfortable 2-0 winners over the Saints. Moses will be hoping he can continue his fine run of form into Chelsea’s last five games of the season. Conte’s side face four more Premier League fixtures against Swansea, Liverpool, Huddersfield and Newcastle before they meet Manchester United in this season’s FA Cup final.

Against Burnley and Southampton he was pretty good let's hope he stays like this for the remaining matches.
