The £5.95m-rated midfielder West Ham should sign to boost their 2017/18 season

West Ham have had a bit of an up and down season this year under Slaven Bilic, and the Croat will no doubt be disappointed with how things have panned out following so much promise last year.

The Hammers fans who have been frequenting the Transfer Tavern this season have been a frustrated bunch in the main, with many of them thinking that so much more could have been achieved.

Injuries have played their part this season, as has the whole Dimitri Payet saga which plagued the early part of the season at the London Stadium.
However, the summer gives Bilic a chance to go out and add to his squad as he seeks to improve next year, and one man we think he should look to target is Derby winger Tom Ince.

Valued by Transfermarkt at £5.95m, the Derby man could add some real quality to the West Ham line-up and finally prove his worth in the Premier League.

Ince has been consistently good for Derby over a number of years now, meaning he has more than bided his time and proved his worth in the Championship and deserves his shot at Premier League football.

With the future of Michail Antonio still up in the air, Ince would represent an ideal replacement, and give the Hammers that creative spark they have perhaps missed at times this season going forward.

West Ham fans, what do you think? Would Ince be a good signing? Let us know your thoughts in the comments box and on social media!
