So last week’s bet didn’t come off, thanks Finland! I was right to say Northern Ireland could get something in Slovenia, I can’t say I expected them to win. Although it could have cost me a bet I’ll have to congratulate Northern Ireland on an excellent win, I never doubted you!
As for Finland. Well, I hate you all. Losing 2-0 to a Moldova side that didn’t win a single game at home in World Cup qualifying?! Then just to add insult to injury they nearly go and get a draw in Holland. Bastards.
At least we’re back to the bread and butter of the Premiership this weekend. Here’s my tip for this week.
West Brom vs. Tottenham Hotspur AWAY WIN 11/10 and Birmingham vs. Liverpool DRAW 23/10
This double will get you 6/1.
There isn’t much need to explain the Tottenham bet. Even with Defoe injured they’re still much stronger than West Brom and should win. At 11/10 they’re a decent price for what should be a comfortable win.
I really like the draw bet between Birmingham and Liverpool. Birmingham is pretty strong at home and after a good season last year Alex McLeish has strengthened his squad. Liverpool is still trying to get into their rhythm following the departure of Rafa Benitez. Dirk Kuyt’s injury whilst on international duty will be a blow as well. Having said that, Liverpool are still the stronger side on paper and have always got a threat with Torres and Gerrard on the pitch.
Good luck gambling and no I don’t reimburse you if you put the bet on and it loses 🙂
