The Arsenal fans in the Transfer Tavern have been calling for this young star to be thrown a chance in the Premier League next season as the Gunners return to the club for pre-season training. Eddie Nketiah made a name for himself when he bagged two goals from the bench against Norwich last season and this season he’ll be looking to kick on.

The 19-year-old striker has no shortage of talents to learn off of at The Emirates. The club have Pierre-Emrick Aubamyang and Alexandre Lacazette on their books and the pair are two of the best strikers in Europe. If Nketiah can squeeze the most out of his time working with his fellow strikers then it will be just a matter of time until he becomes a fully-fledged first-team option at the club.
Lots of the Arsenal fans propping our bar up would love to see Nketiah getting minutes next season and with Mesut Ozil, Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Aaron Ramsey working the midfield behind him, chances will be coming thick and fast for the striker. The young striker will be dying to get some minutes under Unai Emery this season and with his tutelage, Nketiah could become a real fan-favourite at The Emirates in the coming years.

As you can see, the fans will be hoping Nketiah can get some senior game time for the club this season as they hope to see him fulfil his massive potential.
