Manchester City

This £25.5m-rated young superstar can take Manchester City to the next level

Manchester City look to be on their way to securing a Champions League spot once more, representing at least a small element of success in their first season under Pep Guardiola.

The Spaniard has struggled at times to get his message and tactics across to his players, and although at times City have looked irresistible, there have also been some frailties exposed.

Our landlord has spent this week having some strong word with City fans about potential summer signings, with many of the City faithful thinking a complete overhaul could be needed to ensure the club challenge for top honours going forward.

One player who has been mentioned in conversation is Bayern Munich and Portugal starlet Renato Sanches, who after an excellent Euro 2016, secured a move to the German giants.

However, things have not gone quite as well as many would have hoped for the youngster, who is valued at £25.5m by website Transfermarkt.

Sanches is a player with so much ability, and Pep would no doubt love to get his hands on a player of his age and quality.

Bayern are unlikely to want to sell, but City have resources to burn, and if anyone is going to be able to prize him away from Munich, then it is the two time Premier League champions.

Sanches would be an excellent addition to the Premier League, and could go on to be a mainstay at the Etihad for years to come should he be convinced to make the move to England.

City fans, what do you think to this? Would Sanches be a good signing? Let us know in the comments!
