The Tottenham fans in the Transfer Tavern are all just pleased to see their number 10, Harry Kane back on the pitch. Goals will no doubt come for the striker but the most recent one has caused arguments among the Spurs squad. Christian Eriksen, valued at £63 million by the good people at Transfermarkt, has claimed the on-going debate over who scored the winner at Stoke has caused problems in the Spurs squad, as the club have lodged an appeal over it being given to Christian Eriksen.

Whilst Fantasy Premier League users everywhere will be livid that Eriksen was given the goal after captaining Harry Kane ahead of the game, it’s hardly an issue for the Tottenham squad to be bickering over. Spurs have become a collective under Mauricio Pochettino, no player is supposedly perceived as bigger than the overall group and even in the recent absence of Harry Kane the club has fared well, turning to other options to lead the line.
The incident has raised concerns among Spurs fans over whether or not Harry Kane can see the bigger picture as the three points are obviously more important in the long run than a single players goal tally. Either way, with Tottenham launching an official appeal to the Premier League and Eriksen coming out to claim that the debate over who scored has caused arguments is concerning for Spurs fans as they have just six games left in the league as they look to nail on a place in the top four, and an FA Cup semi-final on the horizon against Manchester United.

Not gonna lie I was a little worried about this because of the way Kane sounded in his interview saying he "didn't care what anyone said". Hopefully it blows over Kane needs to realize golden boot is probably gone.
