The summer transfer window is scooting along at full steam so we take a whistle stop look at all the runners and riders that are the players who look set to attract the most attention from the worlds elite.
Not a scorer of many goals with only 11 for Napoli last season, Lavezzi brings much more to the table and has attracted interest from Chelsea, Liverpool and PSG.
Surprisingly shunted towards the back end of last season, Alves looks like he might be on his way to raise some significant cash for Barca. Schalke reportedly have shown interest, but it’s big spending City and Chelsea who could be set to battle it out.
AC Milan refuse to be drawn on speculation but both City and Barca are said to be desperate for the Brazilian stopper. Would require a huge fee.

The 21 year old midfielder is high on Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger’s list of priorities, but The Gunners will face competition from Inter Milan. Whilst Rennes are resigned to losing their star man, they’ll be no discussions until after the Euros.

Robin Van Persie
As the days go on you get the impression no news is bad news for Arsenal fans. After securing their Champions League status at the end of the season, you’d have thought their captain would come out and declare his intention to stay, if that were indeed the case. However no such thing has happened, with both Manchester giants and Barcelona all in the hunt.
Was purportedly on the verge of sealing a move to United last summer, only for the move to collapse due to wage demands. The 27 year old Dutchman will no doubt put himself in the shop window once more during the Euros, as he looks to for Champions League football after Inter’s disappointing finish last season in Serie A.

Chelsea seem to be homing in on their target, with the player thought to be eager to move from Porto. Cost Athletico Madrid 40 million Euros last summer, and he didn’t disappoint scoring 36 goals in his debut season. That wasn’t enough for Champions League qualification however, and many of Europe’s top sides are tracking the situation. Chelsea, of course, are known admirers.
Left Chelsea in a blaze of glory. Though at 34 years of age the Ivorian no longer represents an investment for the future, he’s shown he’s still capable at present. There have been murmours about possible interest from Spain, but it looks as though China could be the next stop for the Drog.
Instrumental once more in another epic Bundesliga victory for Borussia Dortmund, and now seems certain to move on to the Premier League. Arsenal and United are both desperate for his signature, with Fergie currently occupying pole position for the midfielder.

Scored 17 goals for 10th placed Bilbao in La Liga, but 29 in all ensure a summer of murdering and speculation about his future. Tottenham, United and City all want him, but Bilbao will resist any advances.
