Toby The Tipster – No slip ups from Chelsea or Liverpool

chelseacelebrate.jpgThe hype in the Football Transfer Tavern is intensifying ahead of the weekend of football but for once horse racing is also on the agenda. The one time a year that football betting takes a backseat as everyone chooses their own nag to follow in the big race.

However resident tipster Toby has arrived to dismiss the Grand National and focus all attentions back on the football action.

Toby has a special bet lined up for punters after last weekend’s Premier League treble landed. He reckons that he has once again found value in England’s top league and is ready to pursue a four-fold bet.

He buys everyone in the bar a round to celebrate his recent success and then states that this week’s value stands in betting Chelsea, Liverpool and Wigan Athletic to win. Add a draw between Champions League contenders Tottenham and Everton and Toby reckons he will be laughing his way out of the bookies.

Sunday looks set to be action packed day of Premier League action as all the teams involved in Europe last night take centre stage. Toby is not so confident that Tottenham can cope with the loss of Gareth Bale to see Everton off in what is likely to be a high scoring affair. Spurs are yet to win a Premier League game where the Welshman hasn’t scored so back a draw in the game at White Hart Lane.

Liverpool and Chelsea both have home games they should be comfortable in while in-form Wigan Athletic are producing the goods again when it matters and Toby believes they will secure a massive victory on their way to safety once again. A defeat for QPR will surely consign then to relegation and if they defend in a similar manner to how they did on Monday in a defeat to West London rivals Fulham, surely its curtains for Harry Redknapp’s men.
