Every summer at the Emirates Stadium there is intense speculation about which players will be arriving in order to stregthen Arsene Wenger’s squad as the Frenchman looks to win his first trophy in eight long years while also trying to compete at the top of the Premier League once again.
In a busy summer Spanish ace Santi Cazorla, German striker Lukas Podolski and French star Olivier Giroud were brought to the club in what have all been reasonable signings. All these signings have made Arsenal a tougher prospect to beat this season with the Gunners still up their in the scoring charts but furstratingly still loose at the back. It is obvious that Wenger will be busy again this time round with a reported £70 million transfer budget at his disposal.
However we thought we’d ask the Arsenal fans sat around the bar who they think the club should avoid in the forthcoming transfer window due to their cost, the fact they are overrated or are literally not what the Gunners require right now.
