Last season’s heartbreaking finale to the Premier League will have hurt Manchester United more than any failed cup triumph since Sir Alex Ferguson has been in charge.
In typical Ferguson and United style, the soon to be champions of England have come back storming this season and are comfortably clear at the top of the league with just over a month to go.
One thing that will have annoyed the Red Devils this season has been their cup form.
