Arsene Wenger works extremely hard on producing youngsters at Arsenal and is continuing to be rewarded with the likes of Jack Wilshere and Kieran Gibbs now first team regulars.
Wenger likes to explore the foreign market and snap up impressive youngsters at an early age to develop them in his style as he has done so successfully before in the case of Cesc Fabregas. Attracting more experienced teenage players is also a trait of the Frenchman with players such as Theo Walcott and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain arriving from Southampton in their teens.
Although the odd few go on to be highly successful, the Football League is scattered with players who began their careers at Arsenal and although they may not have got the chance in North London, they have still gone on to have impressive careers.
The current crop at the Emirates Stadium is as impressive as ever and many have pinpointed certain individuals to go on and make a real difference to the current Arsenal side.
Wenger likes to give youngsters a chance in pre-season tournaments and League Cup games and has been rewarded with many an Arsenal player making their debuts in those kind of games.
