Tottenham Hotspur will be looking to remain competitive this summer as they compete across a range of competitions.
Mauricio Pochettino will be determined to bring some silverware to the White Hart Lane outfit, however, he knows that he will need to make additions to his side in order for his side to have a chance.
Spurs have not added anyone to their squad just yet, however, things could be about to change soon, with reports suggesting that they are on the verge of completing their first signing of the summer.
The 22-year-old has been the subject of interest from Spurs for a while now and it was thought that Daniel Levy had been stalling to try and drive the midfielder’s price down, following the financial crisis currently surrounding the Championship side.
A deal now looks incredibly likely for Grealish to join the White Hart Lane outfit, although it will be interesting to see how much he joins them for.
Villa are thought to be holding out for a transfer fee of between £30million-£40million, however, it is known that Levy is not keen on parting with that amount of cash.
The midfielder is seen as an ideal competitor to Dele Alli and with Pochettino’s record of developing talented youngsters further, Grealish could become one of the best young players in the Premier League.
