Tottenham face battle to keep star duo as La Liga giants prepare bids

The Tottenham Hotspur fans in the Transfer Tavern are still celebrating that famous night in midweek.

On Wednesday, Spurs secured one of the most famous victories in recent memory as they brushed aside Real Madrid with a 3-1 victory at Wembley.

On that night, Dele Alli shone as his two goals gave Spurs a cushion before Christian Eriksen scored a third and Cristiano Ronaldo added a consolation for the visitors.

Since that night, reports in Spain are suggesting that Real Madrid have taken a liking to two Spurs stars and the North London club now face a battle to keep their prize assets.

According to Spanish media outlet Marca, Dele Alli and Harry Kane are both on Real Madrid’s wishlist.

Harry Kane is the current top goal scorer in English top flight football with eight Premier League strikes and his stock continues to rise as he shines for club and country.

His goal scoring exploits and all round game play has not gone unnoticed as Zinedine Zidane’s men eye him as a long term replacement for Karim Benzema.

Meanwhile, Kane’s England international team mate Dele Alli has also impressed the La Liga giants.

Having enjoyed a meteoric rise from playing at Milton Keynes, 21-year-old Alli is hot property these days.
