This summer has seen some pretty ludicrous rumours. If every one of the stories you read was true then Tottenham would be in a position to win the quadruple with the number of players they would have signed. However, very few of the rumours are accurate and it remains to be seen if this one from Turkish outlet, Hurriyet, has any weight to it as it claims Spurs could be after Cengiz Under.
Turkish source [@Hurriyet] are now of the understanding Tottenham Hotspur are interested in signing AS Roma’s Cengiz Ünder.

According to the report, Tottenham are interested in securing the signature of the 21-year-old Turkish winger for a fee in the region of £31 million. The club was close to agreeing a deal for Under last summer but ultimately lost out to Roma and the winger has been plying his trade at the Stadio Olimpico ever since. However, the Turkish international could be set to have Spurs try and turn his head again now.
Spurs are yet to sign anyone in this transfer window and much like last season, the fans are getting restless. This time last year the club was also yet to make a signing although this time around it’s much more worrying as the transfer window closes in just three weeks time and the club are yet to confirm a deal. Apparently, the Lillywhites are very close to securing Jack Grealish from Aston Villa but it still remains to be seen how active Mauricio Pochettino will be in the closing weeks.

Getting bored of it all now, we are signing everyone and his dog allegedly and lo and behold we’ve signed diddly squat!

Would be great, just not sure we need yet another winger! Harry needs cover, why can no one else see this?

Just from the handful of tweets above it’s clear that the Spurs fans either don’t believe the rumour or don’t want it to be true as their transfer market misery continues.
