The Tottenham fans in the Transfer Tavern have been responding to an injury update from their club’s official Twitter account. The club announced that both Harry Kane and Harry Winks are undergoing rehabilitation for ankle injuries.
@HarryWinks (ankle) – undergoing further investigation and a period of rehabilitation.

The Spurs fans propping our bar up will be hoping that they can have both of the Englishmen back as soon as possible, as their FA Cup semi-final meeting with Manchester United is just around the corner. Tottenham boast one of the strongest squads in the league and will be able to cope without Kane and Winks, although missing the pair is far from ideal.
Harry Kane is no doubt the bigger miss of the two players. Kane has won the Premier League’s golden boot for the last two seasons and looked to set make it three on the bounce before his injury. Now though it seems the league’s top scorer will be from Liverpool as Mohamed Salah sits four goals clear of Kane, but the Spurs and England forward won’t mind if he can return to fitness in time to help Spurs reach the FA Cup final and bring home the club’s first piece of silverware since 2008.
