Tottenham fans have been chomping at the bit for Harry Kane to return to fitness and get back amongst the goals ever since he went down injured against Manchester United back in January. However, according to The Daily Mail, the striker could be fit to return next week, despite fears that he may be sidelined until March.

The Lilywhites will be ecstatic with this news. However, the fans are still keen to give their talisman time to fully recover before throwing him into the game at Turf Moor. If the 25-year-old returns prematurely and crocks himself again then it could really derail their season, so getting him back to being 100% fit and ready is key before getting him back into the action.
The last couple of seasons have both seen Kane miss time through injury and on every occasion they’ve fared well enough without the England captain. However, the Lilywhites will be going into a deathly run of fixtures that sees them face Chelsea, Arsenal and Borussia Dortmund in the space of six days between February 27th and March 5th, and having Harry Kane available for those games will be crucial.

Hopefully we start him on the bench, no need to rush him back! Big fixtures coming

Hopefully he won't be rushed back. Last season he came back into the starting line up too quickly so didn't get back to his best until May

This is great news if true.

The Lilywhites are undoubtedly delighted at the news of Kane’s return, however, they’re still keen to be patient with the striker and make sure he’s ready before he gets reintroduced.
