Our landlord has spotted some possibly heartbreaking news for those of a Spurs persuasion in the London Evening Standard, with the paper suggesting that European giants Bayern Munich and Real Madrid are eyeing up Spurs striker Harry Kane.
The striker has been in amazing form since bursting on the scene last season and looks well placed to claim the golden boot for the 2015/16 campaign.
Kane is happy at Spurs so is unlikely to ask to leave White Hart Lane but Europe’s elite might be too much of a resistance for Kane further down the line of his career.
One Spurs fan is sat with the landlord discussing the summer months and what might lie ahead for the club in the future, he believes Kane could stay at Spurs for life, just as long as they continue to challenge at the top end of the Premier League.
