According to talkSPORT, Xherdan Shaqiri has caused a stir amongst the Premier League clubs as his uncertain future looks to be settled in January.
To add to the competition fellow German side Schalke 04 have also voiced an interest in the 23-year-old.
The reason why the forward is looking for a potential switch away from the Allianz Arena is because he is seeking first team football, as he currently plays second fiddle to two great wingers in Frank Ribery and Arjen Robben.
Although despite struggling to get game time at Bayern he proved his class at this summers World Cup in Brazil which sparked more interest in clubs looking to acquire his services.
And it is expected that Roberto Di Matteo, who is the new Schalke boss, wants to gain an advantage over the other Premier League clubs by trying to sign him as soon as possible.
Shaqiri has said: “In the winter we will get together again and see. But the club has the final say.”
