The North London club are thought to be tracking Fenerbache player Moussa Sow who is also on the radar of Liverpool. Tottenham are looking to beat their Premier League rivals to the signature of the player who was the top scorer in Ligue 1 during the 2010/2011 season and was a pivotal part in Lille claiming their first title in a massive 57 years.
Despite his move to Turkey, he has always remained open about his love for the Premier League and claimed to TRT a Turkish TV channel that ‘There is a lot of talk. I’m happy at Fenerbache and I don’t think of leaving. However everyone knows that I want to play in the Premier League one day.’
This of course is something that both Brendan Rodgers and AVB would be interested in hearing and the former would enjoy his next admission even more. The forward added ‘If Liverpool made a formal offer, if my club accepted it, I would be happy to play in England.’
Despite this, AVB is still keen on the player and French publication Liberation claimed as much and given the player has already netted 14 goals this campaign it is fairly easy to see why.
