Serge Aurier is fit again after overcoming a groin injury, however, the clash has come too early for the likes of Jan Vertonghen, Eric Dier, Victor Wanyama and Mousa Dembele.
Tottenham have been in free-scoring form recently and will be confident that they can continue that against Wolves.
Alli’s potential return will be a huge boost to Spurs’ chances of continuing that form and will improve their chances further of picking up a positive result.
Wolves gave Pochettino’s side a tough time at the beginning of November, something the north London outfit will hope is not in store for them again.
