Double Spurs exit likely as Pochettino loses patience with forward

As the Tottenham Hotspur fans propping up the bar in the Transfer Tavern look ahead to next season, they’re pretty much all in agreement about what needs to happen this summer.

A few tweaks to the playing staff could give Spurs that final push to a genuine title tilt and, while the notion of discussing just who could join the club is far more exciting, there’s little doubt there need to be exits.

Indeed, reports from the Daily Mirror have proved interesting. According to their report, manager Mauricio Pochettino is eager to shift flop winger Georges-Kevin N’Koudou this summer.

Despite only joining last summer, the 22-year-old has struggled to convince for the club and hasn’t started a Premier League game all season. So, while some of our north London locals would like to see him given a chance next term, any exit is likely to cause too many tears in the bar.

Meanwhile, Federico Fazio is also understood to be on the verge of leaving, having spent the campaign on loan with Roma.
